What's included with a Zoopla Plus subscription
Having a Zoopla Plus subscription unlocks additional data on both the Listing Details Page and the Property Details Page.
Did you know...
The Listing Details Page is what you'll see when you search for a property For sale/To rent that's currently on the market, whereas, the Property Details Page is accessed from the House prices section and lets you view details surrounding your property, or anyone else's in the United Kingdom
For any property in the UK, you'll gain access to:
- Unlimited Planning applications checks for the local area
- Unlimited Flood risk checks
- Unlimited Crime rates checks
- 10 Full property reports per month
You can discover information on up to 10 local planning applications in the area, including those that have been submitted, approved and refused.
To view Planning applications information for a property:
- Visit www.zoopla.co.uk
- Click your desired department, i.e. For Sale. Type in your Search area and basic search criteria, then click Search
- Click a property from your search results
- Scroll down the Listing Details Page and click Planning applications

You can discover information (as well as a rating) on how likely the property is to be affected by flooding from rivers and seas.
To view Flood risk information for a property:
- Visit www.zoopla.co.uk
- Click your desired department, i.e. For Sale. Type in your Search area and basic search criteria, then click Search
- Click a property from your search results
- Scroll down the Listing Details Page and click Flood risk

You can discover information on crime rates for the neighbourhood as ultimately this affects safety, property value, insurance and quality of life.
To view Crime rates information for a property:
- Visit www.zoopla.co.uk
- Click your desired department, i.e. For Sale. Type in your Search area and basic search criteria, then click Search
- Click a property from your search results
- Scroll down the Listing Details Page and click Crime rates

Our Full property reports use over 30 different data points to give you a well-rounded property summary to help you make more informed decisions. From property details like age and building type, to pricing and market advice, as well as risk data like flooding or crime statistics, you can be confident that you're getting an honest and accurate view of a property.
To view a Full property report for a property:
- Visit www.zoopla.co.uk
- Click your desired department, i.e. For Sale. Type in your Search area and basic search criteria, then click Search
- Click a property from your search results
- Scroll down the Listing Details Page and click Full property report
- Click Send a link to my email to email the report to yourself
Note
Full property reports are broken down into 11 sections including an overall property summary, most of which are minimised by default.
To expand any section, click either on the section heading in the contents or scroll to a section and click the + icon next to the section heading.
The sections consist of:
- Overview - A quick overview of any alerts related to the property. While most alerts could be harmless, it's a good idea to explore them before making the decision to buy the property
- Property details - Key information about the property including age, cost per square metre and council tax rates
- Sales history - A review of the property's appreciation potential and historic home improvements that have added value in the past
- Price analysis - Our estimated price for this property as well as comparable listings and sold properties nearby
- Market dynamics - Understand your negotiating position and how long properties like this take to sell
- Local area - Evaluate if the neighbourhood is right for you by viewing an overview of school ratings, transport links and crime statistics
- Planning applications - Discover information on up to 10 local planning applications in the area, including those that have been submitted, approved and refused
- Energy performance - Check the energy and environmental ratings for the property to see if it can be improved and how much it could cost to maintain
- Flood risk - Information (as well as a rating) on how likely the property is to be affected by flooding from rivers and seas
- Internet services - Check if the property’s internet services are reliable and meet your needs (broadband speeds and availability)
- Data sources - A summary of the data sources used to populate the Full property report

Subscribing to Zoopla Plus
Note
You need to have a Zoopla account before you can subscribe to Zoopla Plus.

To subscribe to Zoopla Plus, you must pay a £9.99 monthly subscription. This entitles you to gain access to live data for the four areas above.
To subscribe:
- You can either click the relevant option from a listing (i.e. Planning applications) and follow the prompts to subscribe, or, click here to visit the dedicated page
- Click Subscribe
- Sign in to Zoopla if you aren't already. Then, enter your Payment information and click Subscribe
- You'll be sent a verification email - click Verify email address to confirm and connect your subscription to your Zoopla account
- Your Zoopla Plus subscription will now be active and you'll be able to click on any of the relevant options from a listing to access the data/report
FAQs
- What happened to Home Check, is this not the same?
Zoopla’s Home Check has changed its name to a Full property report. This is part of the Zoopla Plus subscription. You can run 10 reports per month.
- No property data is showing, why is this?
Sometimes you might need to refresh the page for the data to show, occasionally we simply don't have access to the information required. The reason for this varies - it could be because the data isn't currently available but will be in the future. In the case of some specific properties, the data might not exist.
- Can I cancel my subscription and/or get a refund?
You can always cancel your subscription at any time (i.e. if you're no longer looking for a property, or, once you've found a property).
- Click Account on the main navigation bar
- Click Subscription
- Click Manage subscription
Zoopla also allows a 14 day cooling off period to request a refund.
- Click Account on the main navigation bar
- Click Subscription
- Click Get a refund
Once you request a refund, you'll lose access to all Zoopla Plus features.
- How will my subscription renew?
The subscription is auto-renewed monthly. A notification will be sent 7 days before the next payment is due to the email address used to set up the subscription. Unless cancelled, monthly payments will be taken automatically.
