I'm unable to sign in to my Zoopla account

Once you have created a Zoopla account, you can sign in on the website or the app, and personalise your Zoopla experience, as well as make the most out of our tools and functionality.

To sign in to Zoopla, you must enter the email address and password you used when registering on our site. If you are having trouble logging in to your account, or can't remember your password, please follow the below steps.

  1. Visit www.zoopla.co.uk
  2. Click Sign in
  3. Click Forgot password
  4. Type in the Email address you used when registering on our site
  5. Click Submit
  6. You will now receive an email from us which contains a link to a secure page where you can easily create a new password


    • If you haven't received our 'Password reminder' email and are still having trouble logging in, it may be due to having mistyped your email address when you originally signed up to Zoopla. You should therefore try re-registering with the correct email address

    • When creating your new password, we suggest using one that is easy to remember but difficult to guess. For example, three random words plus a number and symbol, something like ThursdayHouseGreen15!
  7. Type in your new password and then re-enter it to confirm it
  8. Click Submit
  9. A confirmation message appears stating that your password has been changed. You can now sign in with your new password

When you are logged in to your account, you will gain access to your own profile page. If you ever need to change your login details, you can do so:

  1. Click Account
  2. Click Settings
  3. Click My profile
  4. You can change your details, password and the email address associated with your Zoopla account
