If you have set up your email alerts but are not receiving them, it may be that either your email address is incorrect in MyZoopla, or there is a problem receiving the email to your inbox. 

Follow the troubleshooting steps below to start receiving email alerts: 

  1. Check your email address is correct on MyZoopla:
    1. Visit www.zoopla.co.uk
    2. Click on MyZoopla
    3. Click on My Profile
    4. Ensure you are not on a stop list 
    5. Click on Change Email
    6. Follow the prompts to change your email
  2. Add info@responsys.zoopla.co.uk to your safe recipients list
  3. Check your email's Junk or Spam folder to see if the Zoopla email alert is there
