My home has been claimed under a different user account

If you are a home owner, you can claim ownership of your house by confirming your address on Zoopla. By claiming your home, you're able to take control of the details that are featured.

Unfortunately, you will only be able to access the details of your home by logging in to the account that is associated with the claim. However, you can always amend your login details at any time in the My Zoopla section of our site.

If your home has already been claimed by someone else using a different account, either by the previous owner, or in error, you may dispute their claim by providing us with the appropriate documentation. 

How to prove home ownership

You may claim your home by providing us with proof of ownership using one of the following:

  • Title Deed
  • Mortgage statement
  • Current utility bill

You may send any of the above either by:

  • Email (Scanned Copy):
    (We only require the name and address to be visible on the document, you may cover any other information you deem to be personal)

Please ensure that you write your email address clearly on any document you send to us, that your name is clearly displayed on the document and that the address matches the home that you are trying to claim. Once your identity has been verified, we will update our website and send you an email to confirm this. 
When you are registered as the claimed owner of this home, you can edit the property details and/or set a TemptMe Price.
