My home has been claimed under a different email address

If you are a home owner, you can claim ownership of your house by confirming your address on Zoopla. By claiming your home, you're able to take control of the details that are featured.

Unfortunately, you will only be able to access the details of your home by logging in to the account that is associated with the claim. However, you can always amend your login details at any time in the My Zoopla section of our site.


For security reasons, we are unable to confirm the full email address that was previously used and associated with the claim. However, we do have a Forgotten password? link from within the My profile tab, should you still have access to that email address.

If you don't have access to this account any longer, we can transfer the claim to your new account. To do this, please get in touch with Customer Support at and in the email, please confirm your previous email address.
