Previously, as a home owner, you could claim ownership of your house by confirming your address on Zoopla. You were then able to take control of the details that were featured.
As we are currently in the process of improving and simplifying the experience of tracking your home or a property that you are interested in, we have removed the Claim My Home journey and My content section from My Zoopla, as well as My home in the navigation bar. In its place, you're able to track a property from our new Property Details Page.
This article includes:
Whilst we have removed My home, there is now an alternative way to follow your home and keep up to date with other homes you are interested in. This is via Track this property on our new Property Details Page.
For more information on How do I track a property, click here
The ability to track a property is included at the top of every Property Details Page, accessed from the House prices section. It has been redesigned (previously in the form of My home) to ensure you can view the most valuable information about a property, quickly and easily.
You can now more easily find our Zoopla estimate (where we have one for a property) to see what a home is worth, view a Property timeline to look at it's history including historical sale and listing events, and of course, track a property you’re interested in.
You need to have a My Zoopla account to be able to view the homes you track and add them to your Favourite properties list
For more information on how to create a My Zoopla account, click here
- Go to www.zoopla.co.uk
- Hover over House prices
- Click on UK house prices & values
- Enter an address or postcode and click Search
- Click on an address within the chosen location to view the full Property Details Page
- Click Track this property at the top
As well as tracking a property, the Property Details Page allows you to:
- View property details and the listing status
- View a local area map
- Book an agent valuation
- View our Property estimate
- View our Rental estimate
- View the value over time and see a Property timeline
- Use a Remortgage calculator
All of the homes you’re tracking can be found in the Favourite properties section of My Zoopla.
- Go to www.zoopla.co.uk
- Click Sign in
- Enter your login credentials and click Sign in
- Hover over My Zoopla and click Saved properties
- Within the Favourite properties tab, the properties you are tracking are listed
There's no limit to the number of homes you can track, and we will also send you relevant updates about the properties you’re tracking. We’re working on sending you monthly emails to let you know when the Zoopla estimate changes, or a notification if the property goes up for sale on Zoopla.

For the moment, we have removed the ability to assign a relationship to a Home (previously via My home) in order to make improvements behind the scenes without disrupting your service
- What has happened to the My Home button?
You can now follow your home and other properties of interest by searching the address or postcode on UK house prices & values.
- Click on an address within the chosen location
- Click Track this property
All of the homes you are tracking can now be found in the Favourite properties section of My Zoopla
- How will I track my property now?
You can now follow your home and other properties of interest by searching the address or postcode on UK house prices & values, clicking on an address within the chosen location, and then clicking Track this property. This will keep all of the homes you’re tracking in the Favourite properties section of My Zoopla
