Managing my email alerts and saved searches

You can receive email alerts (property alerts) by email, or, push notification, to keep up to date with properties coming on the market which might interest you, and that match your search criteria. 

Similarly, saved searches can also be configured to ensure you receive email alerts or instant push notifications, for when there are new properties in the UK that match your search criteria.

They can both be edited on the website and app, however, push notifications can only be managed through the app.

To run or edit an email alert or saved search, you will need to be signed into My Zoopla  

  1. Go to www.zoopla.co.uk
  2. Click Sign in
  3. Enter your login credentials and click Sign in
  4. Hover over My Zoopla and click Alerts & searches 
  5. In the Saved searches and alerts section:
    1. To edit a search or alert, locate the relevant one and click the Frequency dropdown menu to change the alert frequency. Any changes automatically save
    2. To run any of your saved searches or alert criteria, in the Actions column, click View

If you want to delete an alert or saved search:

  1. In the Saved searches and alerts section, locate the search or alert you want to delete
  2. In the Actions column, click Delete

 Warning

Deleted alerts and searches cannot be recovered. Ensure you are deleting the correct one(s)

If you have created an email alert but haven't received an email:

  • Check your email providers junk or spam folder to see if it's there
  • Check that your email provider is not blocking our email address

If you still aren't receiving your alerts, contact Customer Support. You can either email help@zoopla.co.uk, or, click Submit a request below and complete the contact form. Please let us know the device, browser and operating system you are using and we will investigate further.
