You can receive email alerts (search alerts) by email, or, push notification, to keep up to date with properties coming on the market which might interest you, and that match your search criteria.
Similarly, saved searches can also be configured to ensure you receive email alerts or instant push notifications, for when there are new properties in the UK that match your search criteria.
They can both be edited on the website and app, however, push notifications can only be managed through the app.
Note
To run or edit an email alert or saved search, you will need to be signed into Zoopla
- Visit www.zoopla.co.uk
- Click Sign in
- Enter your login credentials and click Sign in
- Click Account on the main navigation bar
- Click Saved searches
- Click on any of your saved searches to run the search.
To change the frequency you receive a search or alert, locate the relevant one and click the bell icon. Re-set the frequency of the alert, then click Save my preferences
If you want to delete an alert or saved search:
- Visit www.zoopla.co.uk
- Click Sign in
- Enter your login credentials and click Sign in
- Click Account on the main navigation bar
- Click Saved searches
- Locate the search or alert you want to delete and click the bin icon in the lower left corner
Warning
Deleted alerts and searches cannot be recovered. Ensure you are deleting the correct one(s)
If you've created an email alert but haven't received an email:
- Check your email providers junk or spam folder to see if it's there
- Check that your email provider is not blocking our email address
If you still aren't receiving your alerts, please contact Customer Support. Click Chat below and the virtual assistant will assist you. Please let us know the device, browser and operating system you are using and we will investigate further.
On the app, email alerts (search alerts) can only be created via the process of saving a search. As such, they are managed together.
If you want to run any of your saved searches:
- Open the Zoopla app on your preferred device
- Tap Search in the app navigation bar
- The New homes for you section is based on your Saved searches (and your Saved searches will be listed above any of your Recent searches). Tap on one of your Saved searches to run it
To edit an email alert (search alert) or saved search:
- Tap the bell icon below the relevant saved search to edit it
- Toggle on/off Push notifications and Email notifications depending on whether you want to be notified for when a property that matches your search criteria is listed
- If Email notifications is toggled on, you can set the frequency of your email alerts
- Tap Save my preferences
- Tap ... (three dots) below the relevant search alert you wish to delete
- Tap Delete search to delete the saved search (and alert)
