At Zoopla, we don't singularly list property listings provided to us via estate and letting agents, we also have a dedicated House prices section where you can view details surrounding your property, or anyone else's in the United Kingdom.
The Property Details Page is accessed from the House prices section. Every one of the UK’s 30 million homes has a Property Details Page and it has been designed to ensure you can view the most valuable information about a property, quickly and easily.
You can easily find our Zoopla house price estimate (where we have one for a property) to see what a home is worth, view a Property timeline to look at it's history including historical sale and listing events, and track a property you’re interested in.

A key component on the Property Details Page is our Zoopla estimate. Our estimates offer an insight into what your home could be worth and are designed to help guide you in making your next best move.
We use data from multiple trusted and regulated sources in our estimates. They include:
- Data from HM Land Registry and Registers of Scotland (Previously sold prices of the property and when it was sold, characteristics of the property such as the number of bedrooms)
- Official survey records from accredited surveyors
- Live for sale and to rent property listings in your area (Changes in market value of similar properties sold nearby, value trends, local area data - including crime rates and local schools)
- Energy Performance Certificates
However, this may not include things like recent extensions, renovations or makeovers.
Data is updated monthly and the exact date depends on the source.
Note
Please be assured that our estimates are just that: estimates. They are not the same as a formal house price valuation from an estate agent or surveyor.
For a comprehensive valuation, you'll need to contact an estate agent who'll be happy to provide a more accurate valuation as they can conduct a visit and take into account more property information, including features, exact location and market conditions. Contact a local agent here

FAQs
- What are property attributes?
Within My Home, and on a Property Details Page and the House Prices search results page, the property attributes indicate the:
- Number of beds, bathrooms and reception areas in a home
- Energy Performance Certificates (EPC) letter rating
- Property type, and
- Tenure
- Why do I no longer have property attributes for my home?
If your property has been listed for sale on Zoopla, or has recently sold, then its details will likely update within the next 1-3 months, when we receive our new data from HM Land Registry and Registers of Scotland.
- My property attributes are wrong
If your home is currently listed on Zoopla, you can expect to see your property attributes and estimate details updated in 1 month’s time (the data updates from our live property listings).
If your home is not currently listed, as long as you're the legal homeowner, you're able to edit the property details via My Home.
- How do my property attributes affect my house price estimate?
Your property attributes do not directly affect your estimate (even if you edit them), as they share the same source of data. Your house price estimate will continue to be updated every month.
