If you no longer need your Zoopla account, you can unsubscribe so that you no longer receive information from us. This means you can reactivate your account whenever you need.
You can also request that your account gets deleted along with all of its associated information.
If you wish to fully delete your account, you'll no longer be able to access it. You'll lose any information you've added to it on the Zoopla or PrimeLocation websites. We'll remove any personal information about you too and send you a confirmation email once we've permanently deleted your account. The whole process can take up to 30 days.
